Sample reception, labels, chain-of-custody documents, and bench sheets depend on your tenant configuration, configured lab data, enabled analyses, and approved output templates.

This workflow depends on a configured sample record in your tenant.

Receive a sample#

Availability depends on your tenant configuration, enabled modules, and configured lab data. If you do not see the option described here, contact Clearline Support.

Typical workflow after tenant setup:

  1. Open the sample queue.
  2. Locate the newly registered sample.
  3. Confirm sample details and condition on receipt.
  4. Mark the sample as received using the lab-approved action.
  5. Confirm that the sample appears in the appropriate received or active work queue.

This step requires configured sample data to be set up in your tenant.

  2. Select the chain-of-custody or benchsheet action configured for the lab.
  3. Confirm that the output contains only the intended sample and lab work details.
  4. Download, print, or route the document according to local procedure.
