Privacy Policy

This plain-language notice explains how Clearline Technology Methods handles website and fit-check inquiry information. Do not submit confidential, patient, client, sample, or regulated laboratory data through public website links or email.

Information visitors provide

If you contact Clearline Technology Methods about Clearline LIMS or complete a fit check, the information you provide may be used to respond to your request, evaluate fit, prioritize urgent workflow issues, prepare for a call, and manage the business relationship.

Workflow checklists

On our workflow checklists, typing contact details or answering questions does not send those details to Clearline. Clicking Continue saves your first name, last name, email address, six checklist answers and topic with Clearline Technology Methods. It also records your separate marketing choice, disclosure version checklist-v1 and the UTC capture time. This allows us to show your personalized report, create or update a CRM record and follow up about this checklist, even if you do not request a results email.

The intended services for processing these submissions are Folk for CRM contact management, our Mattermost service for an internal lead notification, and Resend for results email delivery. Your email address is not verified through this checklist. Existing trusted contact details are not replaced solely on the basis of an unverified submission.

A results email is requested only when you choose Email my results after your details are saved. An optional, separately unchecked marketing choice is not required for the report or results email. A queued email is not a delivery confirmation. Starting a New review clears the current browser view; it does not erase a saved submission or cancel an email already requested.

Checklist contact details, answers and email-request credentials are not put in website analytics, URLs or browser persistent storage. The checklist page does not run the website analytics or attribution collector. Do not enter confidential, patient, client, sample or regulated laboratory data. Attribution and analytics

We use self-hosted Plausible analytics to measure page visits and product-conversation clicks. The website sends page paths, referral origin and limited non-personal event information; our tracker does not send arbitrary page query strings, form answers or contact details to analytics. We do not use advertising cookies for this measurement. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable our website analytics.

During a browsing session, we may keep approved campaign tags, the first landing-page path and a sanitized external referral in session storage and attach them to a product-conversation link. This lets us connect an inquiry to the page or campaign that introduced it. We do not read or write this attribution storage when those privacy signals are enabled. Contact details and workflow summaries submitted to Formbricks are used to respond to the inquiry, not included in analytics events. Public forms must not contain regulated laboratory data.

Data minimization

This site is designed as a marketing and information site. Share only the business context needed to evaluate fit, such as lab type, current system, workflow bottleneck, urgency, and safe non-confidential examples.

Third-party links

This site may link to related Clearline Technology Methods pages or external scheduling/contact services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and sharing

Inquiry details may be retained as needed to respond, qualify fit, support sales follow-up, and maintain business records. Clearline Technology Methods does not sell website inquiry information.
